Make sure to remove the battery pull-tab from the back of your scales battery hatch before using the scale for the first time. Place the scale on a hard flat surface (not carpet) to ensure the greatest accuracy and reliability.
Step onto the measurement platform
Stand with your weight evenly distributed on the measurement platform and remain still until the measurement is complete.
When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off.
Simply place it on a hard, flat surface, then press it awake and let it zero out. The scale will be calibrated once it goes to zero, and then you can step on and reweigh yourself.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
The scale will display “LO ” when the battery is low, please replace the batteries immediately.
When the scale is overloaded (over 397 lb / 180 kg), the screen will show “ Err ”. Please remove the weight immediately to protect the scale.
Change the unit
You can change the unit to lb, kg or st by pushing the button on the back of the scale.
Battery: CR2032 coin battery x2 or AAA x3
You can clean your scale using a lint-free cloth dampened with water. If water is not enough to clean it, you can also use a mild dish washing soap.
Changing the batteries
Open the battery cover, remove the old batteries and replace it with 2 CR2032 or 3 AAAs (the +end oriented).
Dispose of this device in accordance with your local regulations. Batteries should be disposed of separately from household waste.

Do not step on the scale when the surface or your feet are wet to avoid slipping.
Protect the scale from hard knocks, moisture, dust, chemicals, drastic changes in temperature, electromagnetic fields and sources of heat that are too close.
Never step on the edge of the scale, it could cause the scale to tip.
Remove the batteries if the scale is not being used for a long time.
Do not jump on the scale.
