Innotech takes pride in producing and testing products that will function properly, but we cannot guarantee that there will never be a defective unit. For this reason, it must be clear that the Warrantors are not insuring your premises or guaranteeing that there will not be damage to your person or property if you use this Product.

Innotech provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

30-Day Money back Guarantee for Any Reasons

If you are not comfortable with the product you purchased, or are not completely satisfied with the product, we encourage you to return the unused Product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must include original packaging

365-Day Purchase Protection

One-year limited warranty – Innotech Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year, and it is not responsible for consequential damages or installation costs of any nature.

IMPORTANT: The Warranty is limited to replacement of the PRODUCT ONLY. The Warranty shall terminate and be of no further effect at the time the Product is

1) damaged by extraneous causes such as fire, water, lightning, power surge, etc., or not maintained as reasonable or necessary;

 2) modified;

3) improperly installed;

4) repaired by someone other than the Warrantor;

5) used in a manner or purpose for which the Product was not intended.

Our 1-year warranty protects your items against malfunction, so you’re guaranteed to receive a free replacement product at any point within the first 365 days.

Product Returns Process

Step 1

Customers wishing to return a warranted product must contact Customer Service at support@myinnotech.com about your concerns with your order receipt for confirmation, and you'll receive a return shipping label from us. 

Step 2

Clearly print the return label and mail back the product with original packaging.

International Returns

Please contact Customer Service at support@myinnotech.com about your concerns and we will address your problems at 100% satisfaction. 

*Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.
